As emergency situations increasingly demand rapid, precise, and effective intervention, firefighting robots have become valuable assets in hazardous operations. Hiep Hoa Group introduces its firefighting robot, engineered and manufactured with advanced technology to meet the demanding requirements of fire suppression and search and rescue operations.
The Hiep Hoa firefighting robot integrates multiple operational functions, including smoke extraction, water delivery, and remote control. These capabilities support more effective emergency response while helping reduce personnel exposure to hazardous conditions.
Manufactured in Vietnam: Designed and manufactured at Hiep Hoa's production facility, the robot is developed to meet stringent quality requirements and accommodate operating conditions in Vietnam.
Durable materials: Key components are constructed from high-quality steel and alloys to provide structural strength, durability, and reliable performance in demanding environments.
Model: HFG 3, a high-capacity axial-flow fan.
High-pressure hydraulic drive: Delivers the power required for effective airflow management and rapid smoke extraction in enclosed spaces.
The robot features two water discharge modes to support different firefighting requirements:
Dispersed spray: Approximately 1,000 L/min at 10 bar, suitable for covering wider areas.
Straight-stream discharge: Maximum flow rate of approximately 4,700 L/min at 16 bar, with a maximum reach of up to 60 m.
Adjustment range: From -22° to +47°, allowing the fan assembly to be positioned to suit operational requirements.
Integrated dozer blade: Helps clear obstacles and create access paths in hazardous areas.
Operating range: Up to 500 m, enabling remote operation from a safer distance and reducing the need for personnel to enter high-risk areas.
Operational flexibility: Designed to support maneuvering across varied terrain and challenging operating environments.
The Hiep Hoa firefighting robot is designed to support emergency response in complex and hazardous environments, including:
Fires in warehouses, industrial plants, and commercial facilities.
Operations in areas affected by toxic smoke, confined spaces, or high temperatures.
Search and rescue operations in areas obstructed by substantial debris or other physical barriers.
Enhanced personnel safety: Helps reduce firefighters' exposure to hazardous conditions during emergency operations.
Improved firefighting efficiency: Combines high-capacity water discharge with smoke extraction capabilities to support fire suppression and emergency response.
Long-term operational reliability: Durable components and engineered systems support dependable performance over extended service periods.
With nearly 30 years of experience in special-purpose vehicle manufacturing, Hiep Hoa Group is committed to delivering reliable firefighting solutions designed to meet customer requirements and demanding operational needs.
